Conservatory Cleaning
Not many people clean the roof as its just to hard to get to , I use lightweight scaffolding , telescopic steps , deionised water and extendable poles and other pieces of equipment to enable this work to be carried out , if i need added help from a chemical i use a polycarbonate cleaner this way you don't damage the film on the roof if you have any on.

Drive Cleaning
This is a job which can takes hours scraping the moss and weeds from between the bricks on block paving , A special cleaning machine is used to clean the concrete or slabs etc this combined with steam brings the area to be cleaned to as near new condition, The machines are the best you can buy for this type of cleaning , When cleaning has began a large vacuum is used to suck up the dirty water this prevents the waste going down your drains which may cause eventual blockages. The machines are petrol and diesel driven so if you are out i can still continue to carry out the work. I have added some pictures of work GWS has carried out
For patios & block paving I spray the area with a weed killer and leave for a week before any cleaning begins , On normal concrete this may not need weed killer so cleaning can begin straight away , Once cleaned kiln dried sand is brushed into the slabs or block paving within 48 hours ,The area needs to be totally dry for this.

Ideally you should have your gutters and downpipes checked every year, most people wait until they see the weeds appearing and the gutters are that dirty the white gutters now look dark , GWS can call once a year and check them and give them a clean , I have all the appropriate equipment for carrying out this work , If you don't clean your gutters they end up leaking , they overflow when blocked causing water to go all over the ground underneath which can then become slippery.
